Volunteer with Each 1 Teach 1, Inc.
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to ensure the success of our upcoming charity kickball tournament. Volunteers play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the event and in creating a fun, positive experience for all participants.
Volunteer Roles Include:
Setup and Breakdown Crew: Assist with setting up tents, tables, and equipment before the event and help with cleanup afterwards.
Registration and Check-In: Greet participants, manage registration tables, and provide information about the event.
Field Coordinators: Oversee the kickball games, manage schedules, and ensure teams are informed and ready to play.
Base Coaches: Umpires, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd base coaches (refs)
Crowd Management and Safety: Ensure the safety and organization of participants and spectators throughout the event.
Face Painting: Provides face painting services for youth during the tournament event
Kids Activities: Oversees various activities for kids during the tournament.
