Yoga & Meditation through a trauma informed, SEL lens. Group sessions in a safe and encouraging environment offer participants the opportunity to learn how thoughts affect emotions and how emotions affect behaviors.
Through a trauma informed, SEL lens, these group sessions offer participants the opportunity to learn how thoughts affect emotions and how emotions affect behaviors. Yoga is intuitive movement. Once participants are aware of how their mind-body connection works, they are able to identify, name and manage their behaviors by responding instead of reacting to situations as they arise.
E1T1 has partnered with Yogamour Healing Arts Studio giving participants the opportunity to experience their mindful movement practices in an actual yoga studio setting!
